This young man has the common problem of impaired breathing through his nose. His nasal tip has a downward hook that makes is face look angular. A more masculine look is achieved. The nose is no longer the focal point of his face and breathing is also improved.

This patient had both upper and lower eyelid surgery, to tighten excess skin hanging down over the eye and to minimize the bags beneath the eye. The result is a more rested and youthful look that helps take years off her face.

The "before and after" photos show the change achieved from liposuction of the outer thighs in an otherwise thin woman. She was unable to correct this problem through diet or exercise. The improvement allowed her clothing to fit her more naturally.
